Promotion on a Shoestring Budget

Many struggling bands have a difficult time making it out of the garage and into the limelight because of a lack of initial funds. Without the money to promote themselves, they are often stuck performing at small local gigs where exposure is low and advancement is difficult. But even without a huge amount of upfront money, there are ways to help gain exposure for your band.
One of the best ways is through custom buttons for the band. These are cheap to make in bulk, and they can be handed out to all friends of the band members. They can also be given away or sold at the shows that the band is able to land. When people wear them around town, it will help to garner the band some much needed exposure and some underground credibility.
Keep Them Asking For Your Service!
Being in the food delivery business, client loyalty is important. One has to keep clients asking for you. Of course this can only be possible if clients are satisfied. First, you have to make sure that food is good. The delivery must be on time. Also, food must still be hot and ready to eat when the clients receive their orders.
Consider taking your business one step further by actively promoting it. Don’t just depend on word of mouth. Advertise in the daily newspaper. Create a website. Give away catchy magnet buttons, with your hotline number of course, to clients which they can post on their fridge. It is important to create a buzz for easier name recall and also to establish a name in your community.

Cutting back on costs is a sound and wise thing to do. One area where a businessman would think of cutting back is in advertising. However, this should not be the case at all.Contrary to popular belief, this is the time to advertise and promote your business more. Competition among business establishments is tighter than ever. The only edge you have could come from keeping your marketing force active. Aggressive marketing need not be expensive. In fact, you could still find ways to promote your business without spending much. You could giveaway flyers or ask your staff to wear pins with your business’s logo.
